Food Safety:

The most important responsibility that we have as hunger-relief agencies is to ensure

food we supply to our clients is safe.  Food safety is a full-time job and everybody is responsible. Please click here to view Food Bank of Delaware Executive Chef Noah Mathay's presentation on Food Safety.
